Traditional 50-Minute Counseling for Steady Support

Traditional counseling offers a consistent week-to-week rhythm for adults who want steady support over time. In Maysville, sessions are 50 minutes and take place in person.

This format is a good fit if you want space to process life as it unfolds, work through anxiety or shame gradually, explore painful experiences with care, and practice meaningful changes between sessions. Week by week, we can identify patterns that keep you stuck, connect your faith with your healing process, and clarify practical next steps rooted in your values and identity in Christ.

Session Fee

Counseling is an investment in you, helping you move toward a full, rich, and meaningful life. I work with a select number of clients who are ready to do meaningful work and are a good fit for my expertise.

I keep my caseload small so I can provide a unique, custom-tailored experience for each client. This means I’m accessible between sessions through a secure messaging platform or brief phone calls, sending supplemental resources, and, with permission, coordinating with other professionals involved in your care.

Out-of-Pocket Fee

$125 for a standard 50-minute session

Private pay for flexibility and privacy

I don’t bill insurance, so their rules or a diagnosis do not drive your care. In Maysville, we meet for traditional 50-minute, in-person sessions and set the pace based on your needs—not a policy. Because we’re not billing insurance, I don’t have to assign a diagnosis for reimbursement. There will be no diagnosis on your permanent health record, and no one will ever know you’re in therapy unless you tell them. For established clients, limited phone or online check-ins may be used as a fallback when needed.
